In order to ensure a successful stay for you and other guests at Lawendowy Domek, please familiarize yourself with the following rules and regulations of our establishment:

This regulation outlines the rights and responsibilities of the Service Recipient (“Tenant”) and the Service Provider – Lawendowy Domek Katarzyna Fuczek, located at ul. Oświęcimska 29, 32-641 Przeciszów, NIP: 5492214180, REGON: 520763474, phone number +48 606 96 70 75, email: kontakt@lawendowydomek.com.pl (“Landlord”), concerning the reservation and short-term rental of the property offered by the Landlord, as well as complaints, liability, and the procedure for withdrawal from the agreement.

Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and check-out ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • To check-in, please present a valid ID card, passport, or another photo ID, which will allow verification of the Tenant’s identity.

Payment:

  • The accommodation fee must be settled in cash or by credit card on the day of arrival.
  • For reservations made via the internet booking system, payment can also be made by bank transfer or through Przelewy24.
  • In case of payment by bank transfer or Przelewy24, the Tenant is obligated – from the date of receiving the reservation confirmation – to pay the full reservation amount or a deposit amounting to 30% of the total rental price within 3 working days (but no later than the last working day preceding the start of the stay) for bank transfers to account number 76 1140 2004 0000 3302 5083 3670, or within 15 minutes for online payments via Przelewy24. After this deadline, unpaid reservations will be canceled.
  • If a Guest does not use the full duration of their stay due to late arrival or early departure not specified in the reservation, the payment for the service will not be reduced.
  • Lawendowy Domek considers requests for extending stays based on availability of apartments and rooms.

Quiet Hours:

  • Please observe silence from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  • Kindly close the entrance doors quietly during quiet hours.

Requests and Comments:

  • If you have any concerns regarding the quality of services, please notify us as soon as possible for immediate response and clarification of the situation.

Parking:

  • We provide fenced, free, and monitored parking for your convenience. The property owners are not liable for any vehicles or belongings left on the premises.

Rooms, Cleanliness, and Privacy:

  • Upon receiving the room or apartment key, you become responsible for the space. Please ensure your behavior does not disturb other guests. The property owner reserves the right to refuse further services to anyone violating this rule.
  • Please inform us of any visitors from outside the property. We kindly ask that your guests do not stay in Lawendowy Domek between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Guests are financially responsible for any damages or destruction of property equipment and technical devices caused by them. Upon discovering any defects, faults, damages, etc., in the rented items, especially equipment or installations, the Tenant must promptly inform the Landlord.

Fire Safety:

  • For your comfort, the safety of our future guests, and fire safety regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including rooms and apartments.

Attractions:

  • The entire area surrounding the property is available for your use. Guardians are responsible for the safety of children using the playground, pool, and other attractions.

Pets:

  • We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed on our premises.

Lost Items:

  • Personal items left by departing guests will be returned to them at their expense to the designated address. If no instructions are received, these items will be disposed of.

Surveillance:

  • Lawendowy Domek is under 24-hour surveillance. Personal data collected via the surveillance system is used to ensure the safety of individuals on the premises and to protect property. Personal data obtained from surveillance will be processed and stored for up to 7 days. More information is available in the GDPR clause located on the premises.

Cancellation of Reservation:

  • Both the Landlord and the Tenant have the right to cancel the rental agreement within 7 days in case of Force Majeure. The Tenant is entitled to a full refund of all payments made.
  • The Tenant may cancel the rental agreement at any time before the agreed-upon stay period. In case of cancellation, any deposit paid will be refunded within 7 working days to the Tenant’s specified bank account.
  • If circumstances beyond the Landlord’s control necessitate significant changes to the rental agreement before or during the stay, such as changing the reserved room/apartment or reservation dates, the Tenant will be promptly informed and given the option to accept the proposed changes or cancel the rental agreement, with immediate refund of all payments made.

Procedure for Submitting and Processing Complaints:

  • In case of services not conforming to the rental agreement, the Tenant must submit any complaints to the Landlord or their representative in writing or electronically within 30 days from the end of the stay. The Landlord will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt and notify the Tenant of the decision in the same manner: in writing or electronically. In case of refusal to accept the complaint, the Landlord is obliged to provide detailed reasons in writing or electronically.
